In the rare earth market, the price of PrNd Alloy was geting lower, and the price of DyFe Alloy rose slightly. At present, light rare earth oxides and metals on the market are in an oversupply state. Downstream enterprises continue to fall due to spot prices and purchase only on demand, and overall demand is weak. The medium and heavy rare earths remain at a high level due to the shortage of mineral raw materials, and the market has low supply of low prices.
Looking forward to the market outlook, the recent news is relatively light. If the ionic rare earth ore imported from Myanmar is stopped in May, and the environmental pollution inspection in the areas such as Jiangxi, the production of ionic rare earth ore is greatly reduced. It is expected that medium and heavy rare earths such as dysprosium and terbium will be reduced. The price is likely to rise further.
